Saturday saw the culmination of the Denbigh Harriers ten week Run for Fun programme which takes beginners with no running experience through steps that sees them being able to run 5k. A committed team Denbigh Harriers run leaders coached and encouraged the runners until they could run the Conwy Parkrun. Congratulations to the runners who ran the Parkrun on Saturday.
