A somewhat belated set of results for the 2021 Johnson’s Handicap shows that most of the eighteen finishers were going well by historical standards in obviously wet conditions. No age group records were broken although Vic and Menai were both only 25 seconds outside the M60 best (2013) and the W60 best (her own in 2018) respectively. Emma was even closer at 13 seconds from her own W55 best (2019).
